This website is the property of “Underground Promotions Ltd” registered in the UK under the company no: 07007730. We act as a tourist agency who deals directly with the hosts in Croatia.

How does the booking system work on this website?

When you send your request using the reservation form, we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the availability. We will then send you the Paypal link through which you will be asked to pay a deposit. We require a deposit equivalent to 20% of the full price of your booking. You will also receive detailed instructions of how to get to your destination.

What happens next?

We will send you a receipt, confirming your holiday booking. Please note that you will be required to show the receipt to the host when you arrive to your destination. You will pay the outstanding balance directly to your host.

What if I don’t have a Paypal account?

Paypal offers credit/debit card payment so you don’t have to have funds available on your Paypal account.

Are there other methods of payment?

It is possible to make a payment by cheque or direct bank transfer. Please tell us your preferred payment method when filling in the reservation form, so we can send you our bank details.

Is the deposit refundable if I cancel my holiday?

No. We can offer our assistance with re-booking for different dates although we cannot guarantee the availability.

Who guarantees that my booking is secure?

We have signed individual contracts with all hosts we promote on this website. They are contractually bound to provide the accommodation as set out in your confirmed booking. However, after we confirm your booking, we are not responsible for any unforeseen issues you might have during your stay in Croatia. Upon your arrival, we are happy to contact the host in case there is a problem with your booking, although we cannot guarantee that we will always be able to resolve your query. In case of any problem you might experience during your stay, you are advised to seek to resolve it directly with your host.

Do I need visa for Croatia?

For some countries Croatia requires a valid visa in your passport. You should check with the embassy about the visa requirements as we are not responsible for dealing with this issue.

What is the best way to fly to Croatia?

Split airport and other Croatian airports are open for many destinations during the summer season in Croatia. If you are flying from London (UK) there are direct flights to Split from Gatwick with www.easyjet.com and www.croatiaairlines.com. Many other airline companies fly to Croatia from different countries. You are responsible for your arrival on time as we don't take any responsibility about your flight or any other way of traveling.
